Evoca Group today announces a leadership transition. Norman Rafael has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective 5 February 2026. Jochen Fabritius has stepped down as CEO and – subject to the necessary corporate approvals – will take on the role of Chairman.
This change follows the succession plan communicated on 31 March 2025 and has been carried out through an orderly and well‑managed process, ensuring continuity in the Group’s strategic direction.
