LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF THE DATA PROCESSING – DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The provided Personal Data will be processed in order to include you in the list of the potential suppliers of the Group; the Personal Data will be retained for this purpose for 10 years.
PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA
The provision of Personal Data marked with an asterisk (*) in the form is mandatory in order to provide you with the requested information. Refusal to provide the Personal Data, therefore, will not allow Evoca to include you among the potential suppliers of the Group.
DATA RECIPIENTS
Personal Data may be disclosed to parties acting as data controllers (such as, for example, supervisory and control authorities and bodies and public or private entities, entitled to request Personal Data, including other companies of the Evoca Group) or may processed on behalf of the Company by external parties designated as data processors to which appropriate operational instructions are given.
The Data controllers that may process your Persona Data on behalf of the Company, belong to following categories:
- companies that carry out activities of management and/or assistance of the Evoca Group website;
- companies of the Evoca Group.
PARTIES AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM DATA PROCESSING
Your Personal Data may be processed by employees of the company departments responsible for carrying out the objectives indicated above, who have been expressly authorised for data processing and have received appropriate operational instructions.
DATA TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EU
Data will not be transferred nor processed outside the European Union.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
By contacting the Company via e-mail at privacy@evocagroup.com data subjects may request that the Company provide access to the data concerning them, to delete the said data, to rectify inaccurate data, to complete incomplete data, to limit processing of the data in the cases provided for in Article 18 of the GDPR
In addition, data subjects - in the event that the data processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means - have the right to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and, if technically feasible, to transmit it to another data controller without impediment.
Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant Supervisory Authority of the EU Country where you live or work or of the Country where the alleged breach took place.
