With sales and representative offices in 17 countries in Europe, America, Asia and Oceania; a network of agencies and dealers in over 130 countries worldwide and an export turnover in 2017 that reached 76% of total income, EVOCA Group is an iconic company whose mission is to share the authentic Italian coffee experience with the whole world.

This is why, on 15th of October at Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan, we received a special mention as part of the 'Corporate Excellence' award in recognition of our ‘remarkable’ internationalization process. The award, promoted by GEA, Harvard Business Review and ARCA, is composed of several categories and aims to acknowledge those companies excelling in the fields of innovation, internationalization, profitability; human resources and talent; leadership, ethics and sustainability. In particular, EVOCA Group has been acknowledged for the expansion and development strategy it has carried out in recent years.

In fact, EVOCA Group has strengthened its presence both organically and through numerous acquisitions of businesses that were highly synergistic to its mission. It means we are now established as a consolidated international reality, able to offer products and services in line with the expectations of our customers and continuing to spread the technology of espresso coffee throughout the world.

ALL THE STAGES OF THE EVOCA GROUP INTERNATIONALIZATION

The new millennium had just begun when Necta Vending Solutions, formerly Zanussi Vending, joined Wittenborg, a company of Danish origin, to form N&W Global Vending. In 2007, the company acquired SGL Italia and the following year, thanks to the acquisition of ADE Elettronica, Innovative Solutions was born.

2017 will go down in our history as ‘The Year Of Great Expansion.’  First came Saeco Vending, followed by Ducale, in addition to the partnership with Cafection, a company of Canadian origin. The acquisitions necessitated a name change. N&W was no longer representative of our new corporate identity and so, on 29 November 2017, the EVOCA Group was founded. Finally, last May saw the acquisition of Spanish company Quality Espresso. Internationalization has also taken place in terms of production sites. We now have 6 plants in Italy and facilities in Romania, Canada and Spain.

A GLOBAL FUTURE

Strongly believing in internationalization, the Group expects to continue its worldwide expansion, focusing in particular on emerging Asian markets, where coffee consumption is constantly growing, and on the United States, where espresso-based drinks are replacing the traditional filter brewing method, thus offering new business opportunities for the company.
